Account & Data Deletion — All Blue: OP TCG Tracker

All Blue: OP TCG Tracker is developed by
LightPanda. You can request deletion of your All Blue:
OP TCG Tracker account and all associated data at any time, whether or
not you still have the app installed.
How to request deletion
1. Send an email to
saintpanda3@proton.me
with the subject "Account deletion request", from the email address you
used to sign in with Google.
2. We verify the request matches the account on file.
3. Your account and data are deleted within 30 days. You'll
receive a confirmation once it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your Google Sign-In / Firebase Authentication account record
- Your card collection (portfolio), purchase prices, and quantities
- Your wishlist
- Your decks and deck lists
What is not affected
Aggregate, non-identifiable counters (e.g. "how many users hold this
card") are not linked to your account and are not part of this deletion —
they contain no personal data to begin with.
Partial deletion
You don't have to delete your whole account — individual cards, decks, or
wishlist entries can be removed directly in the app at any time without
contacting us.
